EVENT CHAIR: Mark Amrhein
The Rotary Club of Ashland presents the 59th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2016 at 1:00 p.m., in Lithia Park near the tennis courts. The festivities begin with the arrival of the Easter Bunny at 12:00, and the Easter Egg Hunt begins promptly at 1:00 p.m. The 255 dozen eggs were purchased through Willamette Egg Farm and are cooked and dyed by Southern Oregon University’s Dining Hall staff.
The Easter Egg Hunt will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m., and will be over in just a minute or two. Kids in each of the five age groups will have their own section to search for eggs, candy and two golden eggs, which are good for a special prize. The age groups include 2 years and under, 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-8 years and 9-10 years. The Easter Bunny will be greeting kids and posing for photos throughout the event. The Easter Egg Hunt begins promptly at 1:00 p.m., so families are encouraged to be early so that children will not be disappointed.
The Rotary Club of Ashland #328 was founded in 1941 and has sponsored and hosted the annual Easter Egg Hunt in Lithia Park since 1957.
Thank you all volunteers for supporting this community event.
